These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and The Stoic Edge ("we," "us"). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

The Stoic Edge is a behavioural analytics and pattern recognition platform. It analyses historical trade data to generate Output including behavioural profiling reports, strategy audits, dimension scores, grades, action plans, improvement simulations, rulebooks, flag analyses, and dashboard visualisations.

The Stoic Edge is not authorised or regulated by any financial regulatory authority. The Service exists solely to assist traders in identifying patterns in their own historical behaviour for self-improvement purposes.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree not to: submit data you do not have the right to submit; reverse-engineer the Service's methodologies; reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any Output; use the Service to mislead others; or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

Subscription fees are charged in advance monthly. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

All analytical models, algorithms, scoring methodologies, platform design, and written content are the exclusive intellectual property of The Stoic Edge. You retain full ownership of all trade data you submit. By submitting data, you grant a limited licence to process it solely to generate your Output.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Output will be accurate, complete, or reliable. Output accuracy is entirely dependent on the accuracy of submitted data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Stoic Edge shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on any Output. All trading and investment decisions are made solely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify The Stoic Edge and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or data you submit.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, harmful conduct, or non-payment. Upon termination all licences granted to you cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Account data: email address, name, membership tier.

Trade data: broker export files containing historical trading activity — entry/exit times, prices, position sizes, profit/loss, instrument names. Processed solely to generate your analysis Output.

Telegram data: your numeric Telegram user ID if you choose to link your account.

Analysis Output: scores, grades, dimensions, flags, action plans, and audit results — stored to power your dashboard.

Usage data: upload timestamps, analysis counts, and session information for account management.

Payment data: handled exclusively by Stripe under their own Privacy Policy. We do not store card details.

We use your information exclusively to provide the Service, generate your analysis Output, display your progress on the dashboard, manage your account and billing, respond to support enquiries, and improve model accuracy using anonymised aggregated data only.

We process your data on the bases of: (a) contract performance — to deliver the Service; (b) legitimate interests — improving and securing the platform; and (c) legal obligation — compliance with applicable law.

We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) Neon for database hosting — under strict data processing agreements prohibiting independent use; and (c) authorities where required by law.

We implement technical and organisational security measures including encrypted database storage, secure API communications, and access controls. No method is completely secure; by using the Service you acknowledge this inherent risk.

Data is retained while your account is active plus 90 days after closure. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

The dashboard uses browser localStorage solely to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.

You have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing. Contact us to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.

Nothing produced by The Stoic Edge — including behavioural profiling reports, strategy audit reports, dimension scores, grades, action plans, improvement simulations, performance projections, rulebooks, flag analyses, dashboard data, or any other Output — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or regulated advice of any kind. All Output is produced for educational and self-awareness purposes only.

Trading financial instruments — including forex, CFDs, futures, equities, options, commodities, and cryptocurrencies — involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. A significant proportion of retail traders lose money when trading leveraged products. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose entirely.

Past trading performance — including any data analysed by the Service — is not indicative of future results. Historical patterns may not recur. The Service analyses what has happened; it cannot predict what will happen.

The accuracy of all Output depends entirely on the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the trade data submitted. The Stoic Edge does not verify submitted data and accepts no responsibility for Output generated from inaccurate or incomplete data.

All trading and investment decisions are made solely and exclusively by you. The Stoic Edge bears no responsibility for any trading losses, missed opportunities, loss of capital, or any other financial outcome arising from use of or reliance on the Service or any Output. Where appropriate, seek independent advice from a qualified, regulated financial adviser.

The Stoic Edge is not a regulated financial services provider. It does not hold any financial services authorisation or licence. It is not authorised to provide investment or financial advice in any jurisdiction. The Service is a technology and education platform only.

The Stoic Edge makes no representation that use of the Service will improve trading performance, reduce losses, or produce any particular outcome. Behavioural awareness is a component of trading development — not a guarantee of profitability.
