The Stoic Edge is a behavioural analytics and pattern recognition platform. All Output is strictly educational and informational. Nothing constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a trading signal, or regulated advice of any kind.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter binding contracts.
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
5. Intellectual Property
All analytical models, scoring methodologies, and platform design are the exclusive property of The Stoic Edge. You retain full ownership of all trade data you submit.
6. Limitation of Liability
All trading decisions are made solely at your own risk. The Stoic Edge bears no responsibility for any trading losses or financial outcomes.

Account data (email, name, tier), trade data submitted for analysis, Telegram ID if linked, analysis Output stored to power your dashboard, and usage timestamps.
2. How We Use It
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Your trade data is yours.
3. Retention
Data retained while account is active plus 90 days. Deletion requests processed within 30 days.
4. Cookies
We use browser localStorage solely to maintain your session. No tracking cookies.
